Keppel Infrastructure’s subsidiary Keppel Seghers and China Harbour Engineering’s subsidiary Zhen Hua have secured a HKD31bn ($3.9bn) contract to design, build and operate an integrated waste management facility (IWMF) off the coast of Shek Kwu Chau, Hong Kong.
